Yes, on Tempostyle you will only find items that are actually available in stock or with a confirmed arrival date. If a product is temporarily unavailable, it will be indicated on the product page.

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include 22% VAT.
No, we do not provide installation service. Installation is the responsibility of the customer, who must contact a qualified technician or plumber for the installation and testing of the product.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout with an order summary, billing details, and shipping information.
If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp and we will do our best to modify or cancel it. Once it has been entrusted to the courier, it will no longer be possible to intervene.
Yes, after confirming your order, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the delivery in real-time.
Payments
We accept: credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, bank transfer, Postepay, Klarna (3 interest-free installments), HeyLight (financing) and cash on delivery (with a 4% surcharge).
Absolutely yes. All transactions are managed through certified platforms with SSL protocol. We never have access to your credit card data.
Yes, you can pay in 3 interest-free installments with PayPal or Klarna, or opt for flexible financing with HeyLight. Options are available directly at checkout.
Cash on delivery requires payment upon delivery directly to the courier. A 4% surcharge on the total order and a 20% down payment via bank transfer or Postepay are required.
At the end of the order, you will receive complete bank details via email. Remember to indicate the order number as the reason for payment. Shipping will be made upon receipt of payment.
Shipping
Shipping in Italy is free for orders from €89 upwards. For smaller orders, the cost is €15.00.
Yes, we ship throughout the European Union (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain) and Switzerland. Costs vary based on weight and order amount.
Italy: 2–5 business days. Europe: 5–10 business days. Switzerland: 7–12 business days. Times are calculated from receipt of payment.
No, the courier is assigned by Tempo Style based on the destination and product type. Our partners are GLS, SDA, and Fercam.
Check the integrity of the packaging. If you notice damaged packages, note the anomaly on the courier's waybill. If the packaging appears intact, still sign with "subject to inspection". Report any damages within 24 hours to info@tempostyle.it.
Returns and Refunds
Yes, if you are a consumer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.
Send a communication via email to info@tempostyle.it or by registered mail within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging within 14 days of communication.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. The return shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer until it arrives at our warehouse.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal communication, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Report it within 24 hours to info@tempostyle.it, attaching photographic documentation of the damage and packaging. If you signed with reservation upon delivery, we will initiate the replacement or refund procedure.
Pools and SPAs
Inflatable SPAs are portable hydromassage mini-pools, easy to assemble and disassemble. Smart Wi-Fi SPAs are rigid mini-pools with a composite material structure, controllable via app, with faster heating and greater thermal insulation.
For inflatable SPAs, no: just a power outlet and a hose for filling. For monoblock or rigid mini-pools, we recommend a technician for electrical and water connections.
Yes, our MSpa hydromassage pools are designed for both summer and winter use. For Smart Wi-Fi SPAs, you can pre-program heating via the app.
We recommend a complete water change every 1–3 months, depending on the frequency of use. By regularly using chlorine tablets and filters, the water stays clean longer.
In the SPA Accessories & Spare Parts section of our website, you will find filters, covers, chemical kits, headrests, and everything you need for the maintenance of your spa.
MSpa Support
Yes, we are an authorized MSpa reseller and technical service center. We offer diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and original spare parts for all MSpa hydromassage pools.

Yes, we exclusively use original MSpa spare parts to guarantee compatibility, safety, and durability over time.
All products are covered by a legal warranty of 24 months. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery. For MSpa SPAs, we also offer post-warranty assistance with original spare parts.
