Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's everything you need to know to make a return.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if you are a consumer — meaning a natural person who purchases for purposes not related to their professional activity — you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason.

Communication

Send your return request within 14 days of receipt, via email to info@tempostyle.it

Return Shipment

Return the product within 14 days of the withdrawal communication, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Refund

Receive your refund within 14 days of receiving the communication, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Conditions for Return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The return applies to the entire purchased product; it is not possible to return only a part (e.g., accessories).
  • The product must be undamaged, unused, and returned in its original packaging complete with all its parts (packaging, manuals, screws, documentation, accessories).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • The return shipment is under the complete responsibility of the customer until its arrival at our warehouse.
⚠️ Please note: the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to custom-made, personalized, or out-of-catalog products, specifically made at the customer's request (Article 59, paragraph 2, letter d of the Consumer Code).

When the Right of Withdrawal Lapses

The right of withdrawal lapses entirely in the event of a lack of the essential condition of the integrity of the goods, in the following cases:

  • The item has been used.
  • Missing external packaging and/or original internal packaging.
  • Absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, components, other constituent elements).
  • Damage to the product due to causes other than transport.

In case of lapse, the goods will remain at our premises at the customer's disposal for collection at their own expense.

Refund

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Tempo Style will refund the entire amount paid. The refund period is 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal communication. The refund may be withheld until proof of successful return of the goods or until their receipt.

ℹ️ Note on payments by bank transfer for renovation

If payment was made via special bank transfer for renovation, in case of a refund, only a voucher to be spent on our website with no expiry date will be issued. For all other forms of payment, the refund will be made using the same method as the purchase.

Conformity Guarantee

All products sold by Tempo Style are covered by a legal conformity guarantee of 24 months from delivery (Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code). If you find a lack of conformity, you have the right to free repair or replacement of the goods. Remember to report the defect within 2 months of discovery, by writing to info@tempostyle.it.
